Which baking mold should you choose?
- Silicone molds: for madeleines (15 molds), mini bundt cakes (15), mini donuts, flowers (8), and small oblong cakes (9). There are also tajine and teapot shapes, as well as molds for chocolate, cupcakes, and cake decorations.
- Springform and cake tins: a 28 cm springform pan for cakes and tall cake tins with a spring-release rim in Ø 12 and Ø 16 cm, perfect for a small, tall cake.

Baking with silicone molds
A silicone mold is flexible, so place it on a baking sheet or rack before filling it. This makes it easy to slide in and out of the oven. Let your bake cool down for a moment and then press it out of the mold from the bottom. Some silicone molds are also microwave and freezer safe; please check the product details. Wash the molds with warm water and a soft sponge, without using abrasive cleaners.
