Kinghoff deep frying pan with egg insert – poach 4 eggs at once, Ø 20 cm

With this Kinghoff KH1806, you can poach four eggs at once. The deep pan fits a removable insert with four 56 ml cups; the eggs cook over a thin layer of water under the lid. If you remove the insert, you can use the pan as a regular frying pan, for example for scrambled eggs.

How to use

• Remove the insert from the pan and optionally grease the cups with a little butter or olive oil
• Pour approximately 1.5 cm of water into the pan and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat; ensure the pan does not boil dry
• Replace the insert, crack an egg into each cup, and place the lid on top
• After 4 to 5 minutes, the yolk will be soft; if you prefer it firmer, leave the eggs in longer
• Use wooden or nylon kitchen utensils and clean the pan with a soft sponge to keep the non-stick coating in good condition
